PM,

a BP don’t have to buy NWBO the listed OTC unit, they just have to buy DCVAX-L for $XYZ + a 3% royalties.
Then, spin off the $ to shareholders, create a newco listed on NYSE/NASDAQ, spin off dcvax direct + royalties into newco.

Shareholders will be super happy & shorts super unhappy!

I think the management is waiting for the package to be voted this Friday before proceeding.
