read the GSA settlement agreement between ALL PARTIES INVOLVED.....JPM was given 600 million in settlement of claims associated with their role in the WAMU takeover....they got ALL of WAMU for 1.89 billion - 600 million....JPM is done with the WAMU saga, and has moved on......there is no more obligations to satisfy the FDIC for the purchase of WAMU in receivership....what most people fail to realize is that in Receivership, the winner takes ALL....thats why the FDIC took Wamu, its value was gone by a whopping 16 billion dollars in deficit, because of the run on the banks equity.... I can assure you that if the equity in your mortgage falls below the value of your home, the banks, or lending agencies will foreclose on it... Lodas
