You really need to learn how the OTC works.

FINRA makes NO money off of the OTC market. Not a penny. Companies don't pay anything to FINRA for trading there.

The new SEC rule will require FINRA to end trading of Calissio shares at any time as they are "Dark". And believe me, FINRA will be happy to get this nightmare POS off the market.

The SEC had no legal authority to get rid of the stock at the time the fraud was committed. But now they do. And soon the stock will be GONE for good.

Anyone foolish enough to buy and hold this POS will lose 100% of their "investment".
