A R/S is very risky i have seen asian stocks get destroyed, IE ifbd a SAS company with revenue that did a ipo then lost compliance then did a r/s and lost compliance again all within the last 2 years, its not worth shorting a .05 stock with minimal revenue but a 2-3$ stock with not much revenue to back it up is like candy to a baby. Be careful what you wish for. All markets no matter what platform they are on (otc, nyse) are able to be manipulated.
