Someone has an order to sell 1,036,000 shares at 0.033 cents . Maybe a year end sell by the person who bought the 3 million shares several months ago from 17 cents to 51 cents in like 25 minutes and they are taking a lose and need a tax write off . Dennis Anderson who started Coretec out of NDSU had received 10,000,000, shares is no longer an insider and can sell anytime but i wouldnt think he would be selling at 0.033 cents.One guy at HC Wainwright got 3 plus million shares on the closing of the 6 million dollar investment from the Hedge fund but i dont think he is selling . Could it be Carlton James ?? Dont know but level 2 shows the order.
