1) "Touting" was merely my (whimsical?) synonym for Buy recommendation.
2) I bought because IDCC is a rare stock in techdom where there has been insider buying. That patent values and litigation proceeds could be large suggest that there may be rewards awaiting.
3) You have shown me a subsequent report; the one I downloaded recommended purchase at $25. In this market environment, a decline of 27% must not have gladdened those who acted on the Buy recommendation.
