COWI is a pump and dump. The "green energy" angle isn't real. It is what they are using to suck in the buyers of the stock Lloyd and his buddies are dumping.

The only people making money on this deal is Lloyd and the toxic death spiral convertible lenders. Just like they did with the prior 3 purported new "businesses" that COWI claimed to be involved in.

Once they ran out of buyers for the stock they are dumping, Lloyd folded up the tent and disappeared until he found a new angle to pump.

That is all this is. A pump and dump. For the 4th time!
