Just fyi, there are different types of site inspections, there are for cause inspections, general inspections and product specific inspections. It appears the MIA being sought is a general which then allows the company to submit an MAA. It will most likely not replace the product approval specific inspection later prior to approval, though I have not been able to confirm this is the MHRA process.

Without more words the key is they need their MIA to submit, that is documented by MHRA we know. If anyone here has direct experience or knowledge of the MHRA process please also comment. I am seeking to confirm whether another product specific inspection will come later prior to product approval, which I think is necessary. Thx

I continue to check the MHRA website for their guidance on this but I am not the most patient person when doing govt website searches and I doubt DI will know the specifics.
