That shit is two months late! Lol!

The CEO changes were recorded at the Nevada SOS on 10-26-22. And... they didn't mention the NAME change... Lol.

The filings they are talking about are SEC filings from before they filed a form 15 and deregistered the stock when it was under the name Green Equity Holdings, Inc. And deregistered illegally as when you file a form 15 you are to be current with filings. And I don't see no Form 10 with the last 2 years of audited filings filed there to become fully reporting. Witch by the why, is NOT filed with FINRA, but the SEC... The SEC is going to have a whole nother bunch of questions. One of which i just mentioned.
