wrt ADCS-ADL, I suppose we do not know if the majority did worse or better than placebo. This is why I agree that odds ratio is a terrible measurement. For the reasons you mentioned. It says lets say, 85% chance that one can improve over placebo at a given threshold but what about all the patients that didn't improve, says nothing about them.
