So to me, this means one of a few possible things:
1. Amarin has started cooperating, and are responding/reacting to his suggestions, so he does not currently feel he needs to upset the applecart by pushing a proxy vote
2. Amarin has continued to be defiant towards Denner, but Denner still needs to generate additional support among other institutional investors to ensure he can capture the proxy votes needed
3. Denner is still moving forward with the proxy, but is awaiting certain milestones to confirm if he wants to move forward (Healthnet case? MITIGATE?)
4. Denner has been actively talking to BP's about a buyout
5. Some combination of above (ie. 3 & 4)

It really is odd. Comes out with that heavy handed letter months and not a peep since…
