The right thing to do would be to:

1) Produce a timeline on the Vassar property to assure shareholders and the market they are focused on the deal. Someone with the expertise needs to step forward and project manage it. If it is left to Gina, it will be like a dog catching a car.
2) Aquire an existing business because the Vassar deal is more than likely 18 months from generating revenue.
