Yes you deserve a lot more dressing down.

Your own confirmation bias is huge like you know bigger than a moon pie.

So as you chide others outside of their court of experience and knowledge for a lack of understanding and getting things too messy it is exactly what you have done with your bias.

And remember as a lawyer active in review or on the case... you are not the judge or the jury... your summation of possibilities left out the impact you said you were collecting.

I doubt the collection of data that you mentioned is in any way true. This work certainly appears to be a group effort by a measure of your replies.

Masking your intentions is not a career you will succeed in IMO.
