No, what I am saying is that for realists we are well within reason of a likely point where others will become involved and the authorized shares proposal strongly suggests that this is being worked on but not yet worked out probably due to a milestone like commercial manufacturing certification and or patent approval needing to be reached. It’s all about leverage at the table. No need to wait forever just the wait for moving into a leveraged position which in this case time does afford NWBO because the Cs can be bought by Jerry or others until the right news comes or the partner can cough it up now.
