LUDG(.212)...possible share retirement.....

Perhaps against my better judgement, I have accumulated positions in LUDG and STSN. Both are unattractive from a valuation/structure/debt perspective. Plenty of things not to like about both of these stocks.

Having said the above, I am thinking there is a chance that at least one of these stocks will get pushed hard at some point. Both of these companies have changed their business direction relatively recently and for the most part those changes have not received much investor attention yet. Should be potential catalysts coming for both of them. So I have accumulated positions with my fingers crossed and nose plugged.

Should be interesting to see if LUDG can find support around this 10-20 cent area. Even though the unrestricted/float number is high the stock does seem to be able to move somewhat nicely on relatively low volume at times. Definitely continues to be a high-risk play for a number/variety of reasons. The potential catalyst below doesn't appear to be widely known.

Based on information in the Q3 report filed on November 18, it appears that LUDG is planning to retire 172M shares (a net of 132M shares if you factor in the fixed-priced convertible debt). That would be about 42-54% of the current 315M shares outstanding......
