I've been keeping an eye on ONYI and NNVC for new SEC form submissions.

Don't expect to see JR/USSE patent appications published for 12-18 mos.
That process requires submitting far more detailed information and claims than the initial 'provisional patents' require.
By filing the provisional, you get the protection w/o giving up too much information to the public domain.
