OpenLight's platform uses InP electro-absorption modulators. They passed their reliability qualification at the Tower foundry in June.

Tower is large enough that I believe they would be open to EO polymer modulators.

I emailed Jim and Michael that press release this morning asking when we'll see someone put out an 800G product powered by EO polymer modulators lol...
