It's not a surprise the one-sided p-value is used. The endpoint wording change from Change to Reduction in cognitive decline in July already indicated 1-sided p might be in play. On a positive note, the company stated in Rett that the primary endpoint change had regulatory approval. So the one-side p-value is consistent with the management's statements.
