FWIW, I don't think political is the right word to describe the imbalanced press coverage. The press tends to cover what they think people are interested in.

For example, the press constantly publishes stories about celebrities doing inane things. Do most of us care what a reality tv person thinks or does? No. But apparently a huge number of people click on those articles and it works financially for the press. You know more interesting and attractive people in your real life but the press has no interest in them.

And no one has ever heard of Anavex - but the press knows that if they put Pfizer or Biogen at the top of the article then people will have heard of it and are more likely to read the article. IMO there is simply a threshold that Anavex needs to reach - it will come with more successful trial results and commercial approvals and success.
