There is a very long history between Linda Powers and NIH and also with NIH and Dr. Linda Liau as SkyLimit2022 has been conveniently reminding certain folks on this board over and over. This influence was also noticed in a process patent assigned to NIH being attached to the combo trial and has finally begun to carry over into FDA guidance very noticeably. It seems Linda Powers and Dr. Linda Liau have been busy schooling some folks about patent applications, agnostics and FDA guidance in general with regard to real world data and real world evidence including how to put together proper external control arms. What’s funny is Linda Powers used to teach at NIH and now is in the process of schooling Wall Street about what market makers can and can not do and still get away with. One of these days we’ll all wake up and Linda Powers will be ringing the bell at the open and say “Order has been restored and class is now in session”; ). Best wishes.
