Funny how Citadel moved from Chicago IL to Florida where personal assets can be better protected.


That's silly. The protection in Florida you probably refer to is the Homestead Protection. But this only works for individuals (not corps) and is limitted to your home. Not much meaning wrt a law suit for many hundreds of millions or more. The most you might save is the value of your home.
