Failed logic in the reply! One example is right here! You just showed it! It went out of the wedge pattern, showing a break, but instead seeing that the logic failed, we put a rationalization label on it, "false breakout". Meaning, if FAILED, but we rationalize the failure!

No need for 3 examples when the one presented failed already!
