That makes sense and I think you'll be checking the stock and what's going on for some time. After all it preoccupied much of your time for a extended period of time. You put a lot into this, and your still just by curiosity, will want to see what unfolds. I would not know the previous rent & sq ft versus new rent & st ft. I believe the previous location was downtown Toronto and new location is not. Rent prices downtown could be high. The building they move to was built I believe 1951/2 so it's aged. All this could make the rent more attractive at the new location. So is the new location smaller? Larger?

Eric pays for third party warehousing for his products. Is he eliminating that and its expense & moving his inventory to the new location? It's possible it's not costing more. It would be a mistake IMHO to add more expense at this time. Only way to possibly try to verify is by looking at new filings to compare.

As far as the cost to move, how much was there? What was owned by GT Systems and what was owned by GT Health? what was purchased by Eric as part of the assets he purchased? I think they listed the machinery at $17,000. What part of that went to creditors, and what part did Eric buy?

Guess what I am saying don't know how big of a move it was. Probably pays for the move by not paying something else. If he found a lender of substance we would have heard about it. If he found a lender for small amount like a shareholder up to 10k, we would not hear about it most likely. I don't think the loan from Cascobay was recorded in the fins.

With stock prices where there are, today at one point hitting 0.0004, the Reg A offering if it was to come out now, would not look all that exciting at 0.0003. He made the offer when the price was at 0.0009. This could be harmful for selling subscriptions.

Eric said a couple of weeks ago that it was SEC approved. From what I can see, that simply was not true and still is not. It's one thing to hype, it's another to put out what appears to be false information.
