Creates honesty amongst thieves. It surely wouldn't allow people like Nissen to exist, here's why.... In our Usta plant INPO would evaluate and rate each power plant. After their evaluation they would provide a rating to the plant management. This rating was valuable in that it provided our insurers (yes, Nuclear Plants have insurance...!!!) the basis for setting our Premiums if you can get the gist of that? Sound familiar?

A Peer evaluation of Nissen and his organization or who funds his studies would "hopefully' provide a no-nonsense approach to drugs. Now, the question remains, where do we find an honest man or woman? In the end it's all about money. There-in lies the mantra that should be upheld...The #1 Priority is the Health and Safety of the Public. Who oversees that?
