So, the FAA had oversight and made recommendations on Boeings Software? Or chose to rely on Boeings Expertise with the software? They apparently bought off on the idea because the FAA had no experts who could analyze the software? If Boeing made it, it must be okay? Who Peer reviewed it?

Who Peer reviews the Opioids? Is the FDA smart enough to provide guidance on opioid use and the dangers there of? I haven't seen any evidence that they even regulate dangerous drugs. I guess educate me about Peer reviews and shoulda, woulda, coulda....
