How did KAHC obtain BioAmber shares without paying for them when only a liquidation/fire sale of the BioAmber assets took place?

KAHC has the Bioamber shares but some they have not paid for which we are holding and the ones they sold), so who is getting 1.2B? When a spac gets canceled they give back your $10/share so they have not sold 138M meaning that the fund will cover all the shares, waiting for cash and LNZA shares, who is invested in the Lanzatech PIPE?
