KAHC has the Bioamber shares but some they have not paid for which we are holding and the ones they sold), so who is getting 1.2B? When a spac gets canceled they give back your $10/share so they have not sold 138M meaning that the fund will cover all the shares, (the company as a whole was sold meaning All it's shares) waiting for cash and LNZA shares, who is invested in the Lanzatech PIPE?
