Show where they indicate acquiring the BioAmber shares, SEC filing, article, etc. Certainly as a BioAmber shareholder you must have received information to that effect, proxy/tender to accept the share purchase and the price paid for the same.

Kahc did not sell 138M shares, so they will divide the 1.2B into all the shares, or only the outstanding which will be a lot more than ten dollars , and yes they are holding Bioamber shares and they know it , they need to clean this deal which lawyers are trying their best to hold it down so they get more money from KKR, they also do that with all other legall cases, they ask for more time (extensions) and they tell judges they are not ready for their benefit
