The ones that show up on OTC Corporate Actions as changing from EM/GM to PC/PL get on traders radar that AM and usually fly a few hundred percent for starters. If the filing comes today, which I am expecting, and then this shows up on the Expert Market to Pink Current tomorrow AM watch the push higher on that alone. Material events seen or known are coming drove this yesterday, I clearly don't want to be on the sidelines when it happens, especially when some cannot buy today.
