Since 2017. I don't buy the naked short theory. I will concede, immediately after CE removal (if that ever happens), there will be an initial boost to stock price. However, I personally don't see it lasting long (maybe minutes, hours, or a few days at best), then price will fall sub penny. It is ridiculous to believe the price will hit a dollar or more, that would make this a billion dollar company. Financial statements show this is worth a few million, at best.
