Is he though. He like everyone else on the board isn't presented with enough to complete the data, so he is using his best guess. So many have hung their hat on it as a matter of fact, once the data is released fully and/or peer reviewed, there will be no saving face. I'm not just saying this just for those who think it failed, but also Missling for saying it's was a complete success. If it comes out truly valid data, we'll see the usual trying to save face by touting how good their trading was and they are glad, then fade away. If false, Missling could have jail time and likely lawsuits. This stock is definitely a wild ride.
