Some are all over the map, OK on the Roth thing, All Lightwave did was to lock down a source (with added benefits) for the shelf cash should they need it. They always keep an agreement in place. It used to get down to 60 days worth of cash (a no brainer for the shorts) but they now have over a years worth of cash on hand. So Check that box, so if and when they need it they can tap it without any work, if they do not need it only cost $100k to put in place. Lightwave will tell them how many shares and can name the minimum price. Marcelli is very, very good at it. Remember that the institutions still need a boat load of this. I think they would tap it after a PR.

Shorts stepped up their game and are back to over 18 Million, up about 500k shares (almost 21 million on loan) and the share price went up, but it did slow it a little (That was wed thru fri)

Those that are expecting a Partnership, Foundry Partner name (some even said we expect the status on all 7) detailed PDK updates, (remember that a PDK is a building block so I would imagine there will be one each for a waveguide, a grate coupler, a modulator, a splitter etc.) not sure we would understand the language used that would be included in each and I’m certain that is under NDA. Fun Fact, Remember the Vertical Grating Coupler at the SHM? The slots were 1 Micron across as info the human eye can only see dust that is approximately 25 microns in size.

Whatever guys, on Roth some want a release, others say no release, anyhow, all over the map.

We are in good hands, They know what they are doing.

Communicating daily with foundries.

3 Times the Speed 1/10 the power requirements. Compatible with foundry production.

Xster 17 million shares borrowed and over 1 month on the days to cover is not good for them.
