All the pessimism is unwarranted. The high dosage kills it..

Well, actually I think this will be proven to be so. I actually expect that 50mg of blarcamesine, if administered early in the course of the disease, will thoroughly nail the disease; not just in a moderate fraction of those receiving the drug but in virtually all with the disease. It may take a bit more time than in the clinical trial, or a particular dose titration protocol may be needed to attain desired efficacies. But, I agree, 50mg may prove entirely sufficient for virtually all with Alzheimer's.

The intent of my posting was to prompt alternative thinking. Blarcamesine will be bigger and more effective than currently being presumed by so many.
