The part I never understood about this is that they didn’t ship a single bottle back in the failed first OneLavi launch.

So how could they at the same time have failed to meet demand, unless they produced zero bottles?

I’ve used this example before. Say I’m opening a pizza shop. I have a grand opening and lots of people show up. But there’s no pizzas available. Not a single person leaves with a pizza. Then I say sorry I underestimated the demand and will be ready next time. The only way I could fail to meet demand when not selling a single pizza is that I didn’t even make a single pizza to have ready.

Makes no sense at all unless the absurd demand excuse was to cover for another issue, like some issue with the FDA.
