"What the "free speech" part of that means is that the State cannot suppress or punish the expression of individuals' views. It doesn't mean a social media site can't establish and enforce terms of use that might exclude the posting of, say, dick pics. Among many other things. IHub has one. Twitter should have one. Not when social media and government collude with each other to prohibit speech. It is a "public square" and is afforded certain protections from liability, so thus any speech that is "lawful" should not be subject to prohibition. Period
