I assume you are replying to me on the Reddit post.

It says nothing about expedited through the FDA,. It says the USPTO will expedite the patent. The FDA does not care if or when any patents are approved (other than wrt generics/biocimilars).

EDIT: Even on the patent it hardly matters. It speeds up the time to first response, not the time between the length ping-pong after that. And the time to get the patent hardly matters in this space anyway.
