The handle came about when I first joined the ihub nwbo message board, way before reading all the terrific due diligence and wisdom shared on the board.

It was either blind luck or very lucky premonition/thinking or both, the horse representing DCVax and the CarT representing adjuvant combos, which I wasn’t enlightened enough to even know the meaning of adjuvant at the time.

But again guessing/intuition that DCVax weaponizing the immune system against the patient’s tumor, prior to CarT (which I thought is the same or similar to CI - are they, I still don’t know?) aiding the immune system (like the eat me/don’t eat me switch that another biotech I believe from Canada (Telluride??) of the time was pursuing and got bought out by BP later for) to help find and attack the tumor cells.

Also a bit of premonition is the inference that progress would take determined step by step moving forward pulling the payload cart behind it.

Now one could take it sickening further by analogy to the horse focusing ahead with blinders and not getting spooked by threats along the way…. Ad nauseum, if you’re not already there

Obviously retirement can result in too much idle time and a lot of storytelling
