zman; I saw the keyword: BCBS, are you eligible for Medicare? If so, the Medicare Advantage Plans allow retirees to drop their supplemental plans and just pay one premium per month. It's called a Medicare Part C which covers prescription drugs and additional copays. I know I'm going to hear about it from the naysayers on how I'm taking advantage of the system, but who cares. I've paid my dues so they can stick it somewhere.
