If you will concede the oncology drugs that were FDA approved that I have already named, then I will take the time to look up the others for you. Those others are not oncology drugs, so after I list them, you will only attack the fact that they have nothing to do with cancer. If you won’t accept the cancer drugs, you will not accept any other drugs as either.

An ECA only comprises a fraction of the clinical efficacy data for murcidencel, so this is all a big distraction.

Murcidencel has been studied in three trials—only one of those three relied on an ECA. All clinical data are relevant to a regulatory application including those data gathered from other studies and compassionate use. All three trials have substantial safety and efficacy data available, and two of the three clinical trials ran for over a decade with survivors alive today.
