Agree.
Statins are prescribed at low levels, e.g. 10mg, that has never been subject to a clinical trial for effectiveness, yet are prescribed anyway at this low level because they work. It's not out of the realm of possibilities that blarcamesine could be initially dispensed at a similar low level with blood levels monitored from there.
