Both points above may have merit. But IMO SBES is an important piece of the puzzle together with the other 2 companies they have but are waiting for something crucial related to the market they deal on. Speculation of my part, maybe they are writing an app , kind of a B2C and B2B to sell their products to the general public and to connect with other Cos etc. that takes time to develop and implement it. Once they accomplish that goal, they can deal with the accounting and regulations and other mundane stuff etc and announce the nascent Co with great fanfare to the general market.
