No. Can't sue for them keeping hush hush, nor would we want to. However, I'd be lying if I said that I wasn't a bit worried as well. Not so much with their tech/science, but with somebody beating us to the finish line. Since Charles has been wearing a muzzle for so long, the world has no idea who ENZC is, which would play in any well known competitors favor, should they + ENZC end up going to market at the same time.

We'll need to continue waiting and hope that we live long enough to see a break from over promise-under deliver and/or see just 1 of the many missed/late milestones fulfilled. Like I've been saying, Charles could not be anymore predictable than what he's been, so I personally already consider December over, and just waiting to see how low they take it. Charles will likely drop another fluff "PR" where he dangles the audit again, as well as few other carrots, but as usual will not actually deliver anything tangible. I'm hoping that changes in 2023
