As far as I can tell, this agreement remains in effect. If this agreement is no longer in effect, please direct me to a link showing this. If the LPC agreement is no longer in effect, I will apologize for my error.

As far as Cantor and SVB Leerink ATMs go, you are correct. Anavex entered into this ATM agreement on May 1, 2020.

Lastly, you are correct that Anavex completed a registered direct offering on June 24, 2021, in which the company issued 2,380,953 common shares at $21.00 per share for net proceeds of $46.9 million.
