Extremely low ACTUAL float with an oversized Short Position that is active in the market 99% of the trading day. They control the stock price until they don''t. Execution by management towards their stated goals takes care of this problem. I also believe the Shorts DO have a problem and their only way out is to let the stock gap up on news to a new line in the sand ( say $30) and then walk it down to say $18 and try and cover there. In order to extricate themselves from their short position they have to use volatility as their friend. THEY CANT COVER DOWN HERE AS THERE ARE NO SELLERS IN VOLUME!!!!!
