The bad thing about message boards is posters can demand management is lying, fudging numbers, and hiding things they think it's important. The cost of this for them if they are wrong is to simply disappear or change their name. The cost of management lying is for them to likely get sued and go to jail for defrauding investors. I feel like if the playing field was level, there'd be less trying to play arm chair detective and have questionable gotcha moments and more weighing the pros and cons of each scenario.
