Evan - I respectfully disagree with your post. Voting no to the executive compensation sends a message that over the course of the last year, what have we received on their behalf? Little to no communication, even on directional plans. Managing the events in May and November were poorly planned for, especially since the lawsuit points to 5 years of spoofing. Shouldn't that lawsuit come ahead of the May announcement?

Now we're once against sitting here wondering about the what and when. We can hope to hear more at the ASM or have the opportunity to ask questions IF TIME ALLOWS. But we know how that works. Look back to when Ike graciously gathered and organized questions that were hardly addressed. Think about it. This leadership reports to the shareholders and we're stuck with IF TIME ALLOWS. Imagine telling your boss at your performance review, "you can ask me questions, but only if time allows".
