Clearly you did not have what you said you had at law because now that MSX has lost the appeal yesterday and will never trade again we are all screwed
But at least you got paid
It was a gamble i was willing to risk and lost
Thankfully i am young enough to make it back but i really feel for those who dropped serious cash at this david v goliath story and lost big time
MSX will shine alright
