So the CEO didn’t actually say he wouldn’t do a reverse split. He said that he is doing everything HE can to AVOID doing a reverse split. It might be out of his control to prevent it and he may have no choice down the road. Especially if share count gets over 15 billion shares. At this point he suddenly “cares” about shareholders because he needs to do a capital raise.
