Can someone please explain

With all the manipulation how does anything short of buyout and perhaps uplisting (I’m not sure about the latter) prevent naked shorting?

We could partner and in 3 days be back to a dollar since they never have to really borrow shares cuz there is no share count accounting with naked shorts. Partnership doesn’t require share counting

Itseems so obvious the stairstep down, mismatched buy to sell ratios.
