I believe the lawsuit will set a precedent in showing how small companies are manipulated by large market forces and will expose the corruption behind the schemes set in place by MM’s for their clients who are most set to benefit from incessant shorting of small companies unable to defend themselves. What the market needs is exposure of Hedge Funds behind these schemes and allow an open look at their investment strategies which rely on attacking small caps and enriching themselves through SP manipulation and ultimately stealing money from the street. The only way this is allowed is because these players steal from those who cannot defend themselves and the ultra rich don’t really give a damn as long as they don’t steal from each other. So yes I believe this case can 100% be won, they do after all have 7 years of data showing the manipulation. IMO
